Our services are designed to strengthen credibility, visibility, and positioning. We do not promise specific sales, revenue, or business outcomes. Any guarantee we offer applies only to the deliverables we control, as described on our Guarantee page.
Intellectual property
The website, its content, and the Vertropic brand are owned by Vertropic. Assets we create for a client are governed by that client's engagement agreement.
Acceptable use

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vertropic is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. The site is provided on an as-is basis.
